Vyara Stefcheva is an independent marketing strategist and expert in applied AI for marketing and business, specialising in AI search and generative engine optimization (GEO). What I work on today.
AI visibility and GEO
I check whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews mention and cite a business, and what needs to change if they don't. For this I built my own tool: it runs real AI searches repeatedly, in several languages, and collects every mention and citation.
Marketing strategy
Positioning, market research, digital audits and go-to-market plans for companies entering or growing in a market.
Speaking and training
Talks and panels at conferences, plus in-house training for marketing and sales teams on AI search, the agentic web and AI in daily work.
Writing and video
I publish analyses in Insights, write about technology on Egorithms and test new marketing and AI tools on my YouTube channel (in Bulgarian). Every tool gets one of three verdicts: adopt, watch or ignore.

Today
Independent marketing strategist and lecturer
I teach at SoftUni Digital and SoftUni AI, lecture as a guest at New Bulgarian University and the American University in Bulgaria, and run in-house training for companies such as Postbank and Mastercard. I have spoken at Digitalk, Career Show, DiVino Fest and FinX.
2020–2025
Zahara Consult, co-founder and CEO
The agency worked with Wacom, Binance, eToro, Admirals, Postbank, Aroma Cosmetics, INDUSTRIA, Raiffeisen Bank and BSB, among others. It won industry awards, became a preferred partner for B2B and fintech companies and was acquired in 2025.
2020–2023
Egorithms, Web3 and AI
In 2020 I founded Egorithms, and in 2021 it ranked among the top 5% of Binance affiliates worldwide. I started Bulgaria's first community for Web3, AI and the metaverse, led Binance's first national survey in Bulgaria, “The Crypto Investor Profile”, and was named Crypto Lady of the Year by Binance in 2023. I also taught entrepreneurship, marketing and blockchain basics at Finance Academy.
2018–2019
Devstyler and Global Tech Summit
As editor-in-chief of Devstyler, a media outlet for software developers, I interviewed leaders from SAP, VMware, Bosch and Google and led Bulgaria's first national survey of IT salaries. I organised the conferences Java2Days, CodeMonsters, AI & Smart Tech and Technology 4 Business.
2017–2018
PR, advertising and digital marketing
PR and communication strategies for clients including Municipal Bank, the Bulgarian Sports Totalizator, Sofiyska Voda and the National Revenue Agency, followed by account and B2B sales roles in digital agencies. PR internship at bTV, Bulgaria's largest TV network.
